Overview
SZQ-2000 Film Applicator is a SHIBO brand product, suitable for wet-film with the specified thickness of Spreader to determine the hiding power, color or preparatory sample of the sample. The equipment is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, the application width is not less than 100mm, and the wet film thickness can reach 2000μm.

Principle
By placing the Applicator on a fixed template, after the Spreader specimen in front of the Applicator, a uniform speed of 150 mm per second across the surface of the template, thereby forming a uniform wet-film of a predetermined thickness.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the Applicator does not move when swiping
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger and swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second
5. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store

• The template must be firmly fixed, and the Applicator must not be moved when it is scratched
• Spreader speed should be maintained at 150 mm per second
• Wash and dry with solvent in time after use
• After cleaning, anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline should be applied for maintenance
• Keep the equipment properly to avoid corrosion
