PG-2A metallographic sample polishing machine is a classic product of YUZHOU brand. It undertakes the main polishing process in the preparation process of metallographic samples, which can make the polished samples obtain a mirror-like surface. The product adopts a double-disc independent control design, which can be operated by double persons at the same time. It has the advantages of smooth transmission, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, and large diameter of the throwing plate, which is suitable for polishing requirements of various materials. Principle
The metallographic sample polishing machine drives the swirl/spin through the motor, and uses the polishing cloth to polish the surface of the polished metallographic sample, so that the surface of the sample can achieve the effect of bright as a mirror, which meets the requirements of metallographic analysis.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V three-phase four-wire power supply
2. Select the appropriate Rotation speed (standard 900rpm or custom 1400rpm)
3. Place the polished specimen on the plate
4. Start the equipment for polishing operation
5. Turn off the power after polishing.
