Principle

The template is fixed on the platform, and the Applicator is placed near the short side of the template. After coating about five milliliters of the sample in front, it is passed at a uniform speed of 150 mm per second to form a wet-film of the desired thickness.

1. Place the template on the platform and fix it 2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template 3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator 4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger 5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second 6. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
