Overview
The SZQ-30/60/90/120 4-sided Applicator is a professional Spreader tool from the SHIBO brand. It is suitable for the wet-film of the specified thickness of the Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample.

Principle
The Applicator passes through the sample coated with the sample at a uniform speed to form a wet-film layer of a specified thickness. During operation, the Applicator is placed near the short side of the sample, and the Spreader sample is passed at a speed of 150 mm per second to achieve a uniform Spreader.

Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the Applicator does not move when swiping
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger, swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second, and Spreader into a wet-film.
5. After use, wash and dry with solvent, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
