Overview
The SZQ-100/200/300/400 4-sided Applicator is a professional Spreader tool of the SHIBO brand. It is suitable for the wet-film of the specified thickness of the Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The Applicator is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, and the application width is not less than 80mm.

Principle
The Applicator forms a wet-film of a specified thickness by crossing the surface of the sample coated with a uniform speed. During operation, the sample is fixed to the platform, and the Applicator swipes at a speed of 150 mm per second, using its 4-sided structure to precisely control the wet film thickness.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the Applicator does not move when swiping
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger, swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second, and Spreader into the desired wet-film.
5. After use, wash and dry with solvent, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store

• It must be washed and dried with solvent after use
• Apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline after washing and store it properly
• Make sure the sample is fixed and cannot be moved during operation
• Spreader speed should be maintained at 150 mm per second
