Overview
The SZQ 4-sided Applicator is a professional Spreader tool of the SHIBO brand. It is suitable for wet-film of the specified thickness of the Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. Models SZQ-100/150/200/250 provide a variety of wet film thickness options, using stainless steel wear-resistant material, and the application width is not less than 80mm.

Principle
The Applicator forms a wet-film of a specified thickness by crossing the sample coated with the sample at a uniform speed. When in use, the Applicator is placed in a parallel position on the short side of the sample, and the Spreader passes at a speed of 150 mm per second after about five milliliters of the sample, thus accurately Spreader wet-film.

Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that it does not move
2. Place the Applicator near and parallel to the short side of the template or at a specified position
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger and swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second
5. Spreader into desired wet-film

• Wash and dry with solvent after use
• Apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
• Make sure the template is fixed to prevent movement from affecting the Spreader effect
