Principle

A uniform wet-film of a predetermined thickness is formed on the surface of the sample by passing the Applicator at a uniform speed of 150 millimeters per second across the sample coated with the sample.

1. Place the template on the platform and fix it 2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template 3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator 4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger 5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second 6. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
