Overview
The MP-2 three-speed Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a sturdy, stable and durable laboratory metallographic sample preparation equipment made of stainless steel plate. It has an independently controlled dual-disc system for grinding and polishing, with low motor noise and smooth rotation of the grinding disc. It adopts a cabinet structure, which can store various consumables and samples, which is convenient to use. It is equipped with a chill down water pipe, which can adjust the swirl/spin direction for wet grinding. When using, you only need to change the sandpaper and throw cloth to complete various processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of various samples.

Principle
The MP-2 three-speed Metallographic polish-grinding machine is powered by a motor to drive the grinding disc swirl/spin, and the user can choose three Rotation speeds of 700/900/1400rpm according to the needs. The equipment is equipped with an independently controlled double disc system for grinding and polishing operations respectively. By changing the sandpaper and polishing cloth, and chilling down the water pipe for wet grinding, the coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing of the sample are completed.

Steps
1. Rotation speed (700/900/1400rpm)
2. Replace the corresponding sandpaper or cloth

Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is 380V, 50Hz, 3A, three-phase and four-wire. Make sure the power supply matches when using it.
• The diameter of the grinding and throwing plate is φ 230mm, and sandpaper of the corresponding size (230mm) needs to be used.
• Check Equipment Stability Before Use to Ensure Smooth Grinding
• Pay attention to adjusting the water pipe to chill down when wet grinding to avoid water splashing
