Overview
MP-2A Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a device specially designed for metallographic sample preparation, with an independently controlled dual-disc system for grinding and polishing. The fuselage is made of stainless steel plate, which is sturdy, stable and durable; the grinding disc supports stepless speed regulation or four-speed speed regulation, and can switch the swirl/spin direction; the motor noise is low, and the grinding disc rotates smoothly; the cabinet structure can store all kinds of consumables and samples, which is convenient to use; equipped with a chilled down water pipe, which can adjust the swirl/spin direction for wet grinding; when used, only need to change the sandpaper and throw cloth to complete various processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of various samples. Principle
MP-2A Metallographic polish-grinding machine drives the grinding disc swirl/spin through the motor, and uses sandpaper or throwing cloth to grind and polish the sample. The grinding disc can be stepless speed regulation or four-speed speed regulation, and supports swirl/spin direction switching. With the chilled down water pipe for wet grinding, coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing are realized. When using, only need to change the sandpaper and throwing cloth to complete the sample preparation process.

Steps
1. Select sandpaper or cloth as needed and install it on the grinding disc
2. Rotation speed and swirl/spin direction
3. For wet grinding, connect and adjust the chilled down water pipe
4. Place the specimen on a grinding disc for grinding or polishing
5. After completing the process, replace the sandpaper or cloth to proceed to the next process

• Make sure the power supply of the device is connected correctly before use
• Pay attention to safety when changing sandpaper or throwing cloth to avoid scratches
• When wet grinding, make sure to chill down the water pipe and connect it firmly to prevent water leakage
