Overview
YMP-2B type two-speed Metallographic polish-grinding machine is YUZHOU brand using single-chip microcomputer control grinding polishing equipment, the body is integrally formed with ABS material, the appearance is novel and beautiful, anti-corrosion, durable; firm large support chassis design to ensure precise rotary equilibrate degree; double disc two-speed, easy to use; low motor noise, smooth rotation of the grinding disc; use only need to replace sandpaper and cloth, can complete a variety of samples of coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing and other processes, is the laboratory of satisfactory metallographic sample preparation equipment.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microcomputer control and operate intelligently
2. The fuselage ABS material is integrally formed, anti-corrosion and durable
3. Firm large support chassis design to ensure precision rotation equilibrating degree
4. Double disc two-speed design, easy and flexible to use
5. Low motor noise and smooth grinding disc rotation
6. Spindle leak-proof design, bearings will hardly be damaged
7. Equipped with chilled down water pipe, can adjust swirl/spin direction for wet grinding
8. Equipped with grinding disc bottom flushing function to prevent grinding accumulation and settling
9. Digital tube display, membrane button operation, with flushing function
Principle
The equipment drives the grinding wheel swirl/spin through the microcontroller control motor, and uses sandpaper or cloth to grind and polish the metallographic sample; equipped with a chilled down water pipe to support wet grinding operation, and the bottom flushing function of the grinding disc can clear the grinding object and ensure the mass of the sample.
Applications
Metallographic specimen preparation, laboratory sample preparation
Steps
1. Select sandpaper or cloth as needed and install it on the grinding plate
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
3. Rotation speed (500 or 1000rpm) set by membrane button
4. Place the specimen on a grinding disc for rough grinding, fine grinding or polishing
5. Use chilled down pipes for wet grinding operation (if required)
6. Turn on the bottom flushing function of the grinding disc to remove the grinding object
7. Turn off the equipment and clean it after completing the sample preparation
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 380V three-phase four-wire system, meeting the equipment requirements
• Check whether the grinding disc is firmly installed before operation
• Flow rate control of water chilled down when wet grinding
• Regularly clean the bottom of the grinding disc to prevent the grinding material from settling
• Make sure the equipment is powered off when replacing sandpaper or cloth
• Avoid hand contact with swirling/spinning parts during equipment operation
• Keep the work area dry and clean
