Overview
YMP-1 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment. It is controlled by a single chip microcomputer and the body is integrally formed of ABS material, which has anti-corrosion and durability characteristics. The equipment is equipped with a touch panel, stepless speed regulation and four-speed speed regulation function, which can switch the swirl/spin direction, and uses a brushless DC motor to provide strong power. It is suitable for rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of laboratory metallographic samples.

Principle
The device controls the swirl/spin of the grinding and throwing disc through a single-chip microcomputer, and is driven by a DC brushless motor to realize stepless speed regulation and four-speed speed regulation, and can switch clockwise or counterclockwise swirl/spin directions. Equipped with chill down water pipes and flushing functions, it supports wet grinding operations, and completes the grinding and polishing process of the sample by changing sandpaper and throwing cloth.

Steps
1. Replace the sandpaper or cloth.
2. Rotation speed and swirl/spin direction as needed.
3. Start the equipment for rough grinding, fine grinding or polishing.
4. Use the chilled down water pipe and flushing function to assist the operation.
