YMP-1-250 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment. Principle
The device drives the grinding and polishing disc swirl/spin through a single-chip microcomputer controlled by a DC brushless motor. The grinding disc can stepless speed regulation and switch the swirl/spin direction to realize the grinding and polishing of metallographic samples. Equipped with a chilled down water pipe and an solenoid water valve, it can perform wet grinding and automatically control the water outlet to stop. The magnetic disc is designed to facilitate quick replacement of the grinding disc, and Teflon treatment prevents adhesion.

Steps
1. Connect the single-phase 220V power supply
2. Rotation speed and swirl/spin direction via 7 Touchscreen
3. Install sandpaper or cloth as needed
4. Start the equipment for grinding and polishing
5. Use chilled down pipes for wet grinding (if required)
6. Solenoid water valve automatically controls the water outlet and shuts down
7. Turn off the device after completion

• Power supply voltage of single phase 220V before use
• Pay attention to the swirling/spinning direction of the grinding disc when operating
• Regularly check the function of chilled down water pipes and solenoid water valves
• Keep equipment clean to avoid impurities affecting performance
• Make sure the magnetic disc is firmly installed when replacing the grinding disc
