Overview
YMP-1-300 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand of grinding polishing equipment controlled by single chip microcomputer. The fuselage is integrally formed of ABS material, with novel and beautiful appearance, anti-corrosion and durability. The equipment is equipped with a brushless DC motor, stepless speed regulation of the grinding disc, swirl/spin direction can be switched, support quick disc change, and is equipped with a chilled down water pipe and a solenoid water valve to control automatic water outlet and water stop. Powerful performance, intuitive display and convenient operation. It is an ideal metallographic sample preparation equipment in the laboratory.

Principle
The device controls the DC brushless motor to drive the grinding disc swirl/spin through the single chip microcomputer, and the grinding disc can realize stepless speed regulation and direction switching. During the grinding and polishing process, the chilled down water pipe and the solenoid water valve realize automatic water outlet and water stop to ensure the wet grinding effect. The magnetic disc design supports quick replacement of the grinding disc, and the three-point support structure ensures the smooth operation of the equipment.
