Overview
YMPZ-1 automatic Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a grinding and polishing equipment controlled by single chip microcomputer of YUZHOU brand. The fuselage is integrally formed of ABS material, which has anti-corrosion and durability characteristics. Using 8-inch high definition LCD Touchscreen control and display, the operation is simple and intuitive. The automatic grinding system of this machine can replace the manual grinding and polishing processes and support 4 sample clamping, which can effectively save labor, improve the grinding and polishing mass and sample preparation efficiency. Principle
Control system of single chip microcomputer drives servo motor to realize stepless speed regulation and four-speed regulation of grinding and polishing disc, as well as clockwise and counterclockwise steering switch. Single point pneumatic pressure is applied to the sample 0~ 60N pressure, and the grinding and polishing process of metallographic sample is completed through automatic grinding system.

Steps
1. Set polishing parameters through 8-inch high definition LCD Touchscreen
2. Select the specimen holding specification and install the specimen
3. Set the grinding and polishing time (adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes)
4. Start the equipment for automatic grinding and polishing
5. After the grinding is completed, the equipment will automatically stop

• The input power of the device is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 6A, please make sure the power supply matches
• The sample clamping specifications are any specification of φ 25mm, φ 30mm, and φ 40mm. If you need Miscellaneous specifications, you can customize them.
• Please check whether the automatic lock function of the grinding head electromagnetic lock is normal before use
• Regularly use the bottom liner flushing function to prevent the grinding material from accumulating and settling
• Net weight of equipment 50kg, pay attention to safety when handling
