Overview
YMP-2 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment, which is controlled by a single chip microcomputer and has the function of independent operation of two discs. The fuselage is integrally formed of ABS material, with novel and beautiful design and anti-corrosion. It is equipped with a touch panel and a large supporting chassis to ensure precise rotation of equilibrate. The equipment is suitable for rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of laboratory metallographic samples.

Principle
The device drives the grinding wheel swirl/spin through a single-chip microcomputer controlled by a brushless DC motor to realize stepless speed regulation and direction switching. The grinding wheel grinds and polishes the specimen at high speed swirl/spin, and is equipped with a chill down water pipe to support the wet grinding process. The bottom flushing function clears the grinding material to ensure efficient sample preparation.
Applications

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (single-phase 220V, 50Hz).
2. Select sandpaper or cloth as needed and install it.
3. Rotation speed (stepless or fourth gear) and swirl/spin direction are set through the touch panel.
4. Start the equipment for grinding or polishing operations.
5. Use chilled down pipes for wet grinding (optional).
6. Use the grinding disc bottom flush function to clean up the grinding material.
7. Turn off the equipment and clean it after completion.
Notice
• Make sure the input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz.
• Check whether the grinding disc and sandpaper are firmly installed before operation.
• Pay attention to water flow adjustment when using chilled down pipes.
• Regularly clean the bottom of the grinding disc to prevent settling.
• Avoid prolonged use in humid environments to prevent corrosion.
• The equipment is heavy (Net weight 57kg), so be careful when handling.
