Overview
YMP-2-300 (250) type Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand of grinding polishing equipment controlled by single chip microcomputer, with double disc independent control function. The fuselage is integrally formed with ABS material, which is novel and beautiful in appearance, anti-corrosion and durable; the precision cast iron support chassis design ensures the rotation equilibrate degree, and the DC brushless motor provides strong power and low noise experience. It is an ideal metallographic sample preparation equipment in the laboratory.

Principle
The equipment is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to operate independently with two discs, and a DC brushless motor drives the grinding disc to realize stepless speed regulation and swirl/spin direction switching. Precision cast iron is used to support the chassis to ensure equilibrate, and the grinding disc is quickly replaced by a magnetic disc to prevent adhesion with Teflon treatment surfaces. The solenoid water valve automatically controls the chilled down water supply and supports wet grinding operations for efficient grinding and polishing.

Steps
1. Connect the single-phase 220V power supply
2. Rotation speed and swirl/spin direction via 7 inch LCD Touchscreen
3. Select wet grinding or dry grinding mode as required
4. Use the magnetic disc to quickly install sandpaper or throw cloth
5. Start the equipment for grinding and polishing operation
6. Turn off the power after use

• Regularly check the function of chilled down water pipes and solenoid water valves
• Keep equipment clean and prevent corrosion
