Overview
YMPZ-2 automatic Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment, using single chip microcomputer control, ABS material integrated forming body, with anti-corrosion and durability characteristics. Equipped with 8-inch high definition LCD Touchscreen, easy and intuitive operation. The equipment can automatically complete each process of grinding and polishing, support 4 sample clamping, effectively improve the grinding mass and sample preparation efficiency.

Principle
The device drives the servo motor through the MCU Control system to realize the stepless speed regulation and four-speed speed regulation of the grinding and throwing disc. The grinding disc can be turned clockwise and counterclockwise to switch. Using single-point pneumatic pressure mode, the pressure can be adjusted from 0 to 60N, and the grinding head is automatically locked through the electromagnetic lock to complete the automatic grinding and polishing process of the metallographic sample.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate clamping device according to the sample specification
2. Set grinding parameters and procedures through Touchscreen
3. Install the corresponding sandpaper or cloth
4. Place the specimen and start the device
5. The equipment automatically completes the grinding and polishing process
6. Use the liner flush function to clean up the grinding material

• Power supply voltage of single phase 220V, 50Hz before use
• Pay attention to the automatic locking state of the grinding head when operating
• Regularly clean the bottom liner of the grinding disc to prevent the grinding material from settling
• Make sure there is no residue on the backing plate when replacing the sandpaper cloth
