Overview
YMPZ-2-250 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment, controlled by single chip microcomputer, ABS integrated molding body, with anti-corrosion and durability characteristics. Equipped with DC brushless motor and stepper motor, it supports stepless speed regulation, forward and reverse rotation, double disc independent operation, and single point pneumatic and center pneumatic two pressurized modes. High definition LCD Touchscreen control, automatic locking and water outlet function, can hold 6 samples, improve grinding mass and efficiency.

Principle
This machine controls the stepless speed regulation and forward and reverse rotation of the grinding disc through a single chip microcomputer. The grinding head adopts pneumatic pressurization (center or single point mode) to run and fit the grinding disc to realize automatic grinding and polishing. DC brushless motor drives the grinding disc, stepper motor controls the grinding head, magnetic grinding disc and Teflon processing ensure quick replacement and no residue, automatic system replaces manual process and improves sample preparation mass.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Rotation speed, time and pressurization mode via LCD Touchscreen
3. Install sandpaper or cloth, use magnetic design to quickly change the plate
4. Clamp the specimen (up to 6) and select the pressurization method
5. Start the automatic grinding and polishing, and the equipment will automatically lock and discharge the water.
6. After the timing is over, take out the sample and clean the equipment
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is single-phase 220V, 50Hz to avoid overload
• Check whether the grinding disc and grinding head are firm before operation
• Regularly clean the grinding disc to prevent residues from affecting performance
• Use the specified specification sample to clamp to avoid overloading
• Pay attention to the pneumatic pressure range to prevent damage to the sample
