YMPZ-2-300 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment, using single chip microcomputer control, ABS material integrally formed body, anti-corrosion and durable. Principle
The grinding and polishing machine controls the stepless speed regulation and positive and reverse rotation of the grinding disc through a single chip microcomputer. The grinding head adopts pneumatic pressure (center or single point mode) to press the sample. Combined with the unique operation fit design, the grinding head sample disc and the grinding disc are in efficient contact to achieve uniform grinding and polishing. DC brushless motor drives the grinding disc to ensure stable power. The magnetic grinding disc and Teflon treatment surface are convenient for quick replacement and cleaning. Automatic system completes multi-sample processing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the equipment; 2. Set the Rotation speed, time and pressure mode through Touchscreen; 3. Install sandpaper or throw cloth to the grinding disc; 4. Clamp the sample to the grinding head and select the clamping specification; 5. Start the grinding and polishing procedure to automatically lock and discharge the water; 6. Monitor the process and remove the sample after completion; 7. Clean the equipment and turn off the power.
