Overview
The YUZHOU ZPG-300 vibratory polishing machine is a polishing technology that minimizes specimen abrasion. It is suitable for preparing high-mass polished surfaces on a variety of materials, including electron backscatter diffraction analysis (EBSD) applications. The device uses a spring plate and a magnetic attraction motor to generate left-right vibration. The angled spring plate makes the specimen make circular motion in the polishing plate, which can effectively remove the final thin deformed layer present on the sample surface and improve the light reflection of the specimen surface. It is the ultimate physical polishing tool.
Features
1. The spring plate and magnetic attraction motor are used to generate horizontal vibration to improve the contact time of the sample with the polishing cloth without additional damage layer and deformation layer
2. Appearance is novel and beautiful, Vibration Frequency and Operating voltage can be adjusted, high definition Touchscreen operation is convenient and intuitive
3. The polishing disc is easy to disassemble, making it easy to replace polishing consumables
4. Multiple samples can be placed at one time without personnel on duty, and appointments can be started regularly
5. With standby mode, it can effectively prevent the suspension from condensing
6. Can save and call a variety of parameters, suitable for the preparation of different materials
Principle
ZPG-300 vibratory polishing machine uses spring plates and magnetic attraction motors to generate vibration in the left and right directions. The spring plates connecting the polishing disc and the vibrating body have an angle, so that the sample makes circular motion in the polishing disc. Different from the traditional vibratory polishing machine, this machine generates horizontal vibration, which greatly improves the time for the sample to contact the polishing cloth. During the polishing process, no additional damage layer and deformation layer are produced on the sample, which effectively removes and avoids defects such as convex, embedded and plasticity rheology.
Applications
Electron backscattering diffraction analysis (EBSD) applications, high-mass surface preparation of various materials
Steps
1. Place the sample in the polishing plate
2. Set Vibration Frequency, Operating voltage and other parameters
3. Set the timing time (0-99 hours)
4. Start the device and wait for the sample to automatically complete the vibration polishing.
5. Scheduled start can be reserved
6. Remove the sample after polishing
