Overview
The MPJ-25 Benchtop Metallographic Sample Grinding Machine is a YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation equipment, which is used to grind the surface of the cut or unprocessed rough and uneven sample to improve the specimen prepative mass and ergonomics. The equipment is suitable for wet grinding, dry grinding, grinding and other processes of the sample. It is equipped with diamond sanding needles and water supply system. It has the advantages of convenient operation, safety and reliability, easy maintenance, and is suitable for grinding of various materials.

Principle
The grinding machine uses abrasive wheels to grind the surface of the specimen at a high speed swirl/spin (Rotation speed 1400 rpm) driven by a motor, and grinds the surface of the specimen with abrasive wheels to smooth the rough surface of the specimen. The equipped water supply system provides chilling down and lubrication during wet grinding, and the diamond sanding needle is used to trim the surface of the abrasive wheels to maintain the grinding effect.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the grinder
2. Select wet grinding or dry grinding mode as required
3. Start the equipment for grinding operation
4. Use diamond sanding needles to regularly trim the surface of abrasive wheels
5. Turn off the equipment after finishing grinding
