Overview
MY-1 Light spectrum abrasive belt grinding prototype is YUZHOU brand metallographic sample preparation and Light spectrum analysis application equipment, mainly used for sample grinding process. The equipment shell is made of stainless steel, there is a sink under the abrasive belt to bring the grinding material into the water, and there is an abrasive belt adjustment device to adjust the tightness of the abrasive belt. It has the advantages of convenient operation, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance, which meets the requirements of Light spectrum analysis for samples.
Features
1. The shell is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean
2. There is a sink under the abrasive belt, which can bring the grinding material into the water and reduce dust pollution
3. Equipped with a belt adjustment device, which can adjust the tightness of the belt
4. Easy to operate, safe and reliable, easy to maintain
5. Meet the strict requirements of Light spectrum analysis for samples
Principle
The equipment drives the abrasive belt at high speed swirl/spin (Rotation speed 1400 rpm, linear speed 480m/min) through the motor, and uses the abrasive belt to grind the surface of the sample during the grinding process. The water tank design under the abrasive belt can carry the debris generated by grinding into the water, realize wet grinding, reduce dust flying, and ensure the clean and safe operating environment.
Applications
Metallographic specimen preparation and Light spectrum analysis applications
Steps
1. Connect the 380V three-phase four-wire power supply
2. Adjust the belt tightness to the appropriate level
3. Place the specimen in the opening dimensions of 80 × 150mm
4. Start the equipment for grinding operation
5. Turn off the power after grinding and clean the equipment
Notice
• Before use, ensure that the power supply is 380V three-phase four-wire system, which meets the equipment requirements
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid hand contact with the running abrasive belt
• Regularly check the abrasion of the belt and adjust or replace it in time
• Keep the sink clean and clean the grinding material regularly
• Be sure to cut off the power supply during equipment maintenance
