Overview
QG-4A petrographic sample cutting machine is a multi-purpose cutting equipment of YUZHOU brand, suitable for cutting various metallographic sample materials. The equipment adjusts the cutting thickness by horizontal movement of the platform, and the spindle moves vertically for cutting. It is equipped with a fully enclosed cutting chamber, a safety limit switch, a transparent organic Glass window, built-in LED lighting, a circulation chill down system and a cabinet structure. It has strong cutting ability, easy operation, and a bright and flat surface of the sample without burns.
Features
1. Strong cutting ability and easy operation.
2. The main components such as fixture jaws and workbench are made of stainless steel, which has a long service life and is convenient for maintenance.
3. The cutting chamber adopts a fully enclosed structure, equipped with safety limit switch, transparent organic Glass window and built-in LED lighting;
4. The cabinet structure is convenient for storing various cutting consumables.
5. Equipped with a circulating chilling down system, the surface of the sample after cutting is bright, flat and free of burns.
Principle
The cutting thickness of the material is adjusted by the lateral movement of the platform, and then the sample is cut by the longitudinal movement of the spindle, and the circulating chill down system ensures the stability of the cutting process and the sample mass.
Applications
Metallographic sample material cutting
Steps
1. Adjust the lateral movement of the platform to set the cutting thickness;
2. Specimen cutting by longitudinal movement of the spindle;
3. Use a cycle chill down system to assist the cutting process.
Notice
• The equipment adopts a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with a safety limit switch. Pay attention to safety during operation;
Maintain stainless steel parts regularly to extend their service life.
• Observe through a transparent window when cutting to ensure correct operation;
• Keep the circulating chill down system working properly to avoid sample burns.
