Overview
QG-3 metallographic sample cutting machine is a YUZHOU brand product, suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. The equipment adopts gravity manual cutting method, Rotation speed is high, cutting ability is strong, equipped with bilateral fixture structure, closed cutting chamber, safety limit switch, transparent observation window, LED lighting and circulating chill down system. After cutting, the surface of the sample is bright and flat without burns. Benchtop and vertical options are available.

Principle
By pulling the spindle to use the spindle gravity to cut the sample, the material is cut under the action of the high-speed swirl/spin cutting blade, and the circulating chill down system continues to provide chill down liquid to ensure stable cutting process and good surface mass of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the cutting platform and secure it firmly using bilateral clamps
2. Close the cover of the cutting chamber to ensure that the safety limit switch is normal
3. Start the device and observe the cutting process through a transparent observation window and LED lighting
4. Pull the spindle to use gravity for cutting operations
5. After the cutting is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the sample
Notice
• Before operation, check that the power supply of the equipment is 380V three-phase four-wire system to ensure electrical safety
• The cover must be closed when cutting to ensure that the safety limit switch works normally
• The fixture should ensure that the sample is firmly fixed to prevent loosening during cutting
• Regularly check the water level of the chilled down system to keep the water tank working normally
• The size of the cutting blade is φ 300 * 2 * φ 32mm, and the specified specifications need to be used.
• The maximum cutting section is 85 * 85mm, and it must not be used beyond the limit
• Device weight 125kg, ensure the load-bearing capacity of the workbench during installation
