QGZ-65 automatic metallographic sample cutting machine is a precision cutting machine that integrates manual and automatic. The whole machine adopts electromechanical separation structure, reasonable design, effective protection of electrical safety, and convenient maintenance. The height of the spindle is adjustable, the Y axis is automatically and precisely controlled, and the cutting can be automatically returned. With automatic intelligent feed, the Rotation speed can be automatically adjusted according to the hardness of materials to avoid stagnation. It is suitable for sample cutting of various shapes, sizes and materials. The surface of the cut sample is bright, flat and free of burns.

Principle
The cutting machine adopts manual and automatic integrated design, and automatically adjusts the spindle Rotation speed according to the hardness of materials through the Y-axis automatic intelligent feeding system to achieve precise cutting. The Z-axis manual adjustment can adapt to different abrasive wheels cutting blade size, and the cutting process is equipped with a chill down system to prevent sample burns.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device and set the cutting parameters through the 7-inch Touchscreen;
2. Select the manual or automatic cutting mode according to the sample material.
3. Adjust the Z-axis height to fit the abrasive wheels;
4. Fix the specimen to a quick fixture or T-slot table.
5. Start the cutting program, and the Y-axis automatically feeds to complete the cutting.
6. After the cutting is completed, the equipment will automatically return to position.
7. Use a clean water gun to clean the cutting area.

• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before operation, and the power supply is 380V three-phase five-wire
• Close the explosion-proof observation window when cutting, and the equipment will automatically stop when opening the lid
