Overview
JMQ-60Z automatic precision cutting machine is a single-chip microcomputer control equipment of YUZHOU brand, suitable for non-deformation precision cutting of metals, electronic components, ceramic materials, crystals, cemented carbide, rock and ore, concrete, organic materials, biological materials (such as teeth, bone) and other materials. The equipment adopts automatic Y-direction cutting, high positioning accuracy, wide speed regulation range, strong cutting ability; equipped with Touchscreen control to display data in real time, fully enclosed cutting chamber with safety limit switch and transparent protective cover, and circulating chill down system to ensure that the surface of the sample is bright, flat and free of burns. It is the classic choice for Benchtop automatic precision cutting.

Principle
The JMQ-60Z precision cutting machine controls the automatic feed of the spindle Y direction through the single chip microcomputer, and the feed speed can be precisely adjusted within the range of 0.7-36 mm/min. During the cutting process, the spindle drives the cutting blade swirl/spin with a Rotation speed of 500~ 3000rpm, and the circulating chill down system continuously supplies the chill down liquid, which effectively reduces the cutting heat and prevents material deformation and burns to achieve precision cutting.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (single-phase 220V or optional 380V) and start the device
2. Set cutting parameters such as feed speed and spindle Rotation speed through 7 inch Touchscreen
3. Install the cutting blade (size φ 205 * 1.2 * φ 32mm) and fix the workpiece on the cutting platform
4. Use a quick fixture to hold the workpiece and ensure that the jaw height does not exceed 45mm.
5. Close the transparent shield and start the automatic Y-direction cutting procedure
6. Monitor Touchscreen real-time data to observe the cutting process
7. After cutting, shut down the equipment, clean the cutting room and chill down the system
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before operation (single phase 220V or optional 380V)
• Ensure that the cutting blade is firmly installed and the size matches (φ 205 * 1.2 * φ 32mm)
• When cutting, the workpiece must be reliably fixed with a fast fixture to avoid loosening
• Keep the transparent shield closed during the cutting process to prevent debris from splashing
• Regularly check the circulating chilling down system and water tank (capacity 36L) to ensure sufficient chilling down fluid
• Do not touch moving parts when the equipment is running, and follow the safety limit switch instructions
• Cut off power during cleaning and maintenance to prevent the risk of electric shock
