YUZHOU QGZ-100 large automatic cutting machine is a kind of metallographic sample cutting machine automatically controlled by PLC, which can also be controlled by electronic handwheel. The whole machine is sturdy in structure and reasonable in design. The frequency conversion motor is directly connected to the cutting blade to ensure the cutting efficiency. And the electromechanical separation structure is adopted to effectively protect electrical safety, convenient maintenance and longer service life. Using Schneider Electric and Mitsubishi software, X, Y, Z direction automatic precise control, intelligent cutting can change the amount of feed according to the hardness of materials, to achieve fast cutting effect, cutting speed frequency conversion control, with very high Reliability and control ability.
This machine is specially designed for large-capacity cutting of large workpieces. The sliding door and hinged door double door structure is convenient for large workpieces to be loaded, and can be sent into the cutting room from above, front, and left three directions. The cutting room adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the safety lock is forcibly closed during operation, which is safe and reliable. Equipped with explosion-proof transparent observation window, strong exhaust device, double LED lamp lighting, red one-word cursor positioning and 10-inch Touchscreen, the design is user-friendly. The mobile magnetic filtrate circulating water tank ensures that the surface of the sample after cutting is bright, flat, and free of burns. Principle
This machine adopts PLC automatic control or electronic handwheel control to realize automatic and precise movement in X, Y and Z directions. The variable frequency motor is directly connected to the cutting blade to provide power transmission to ensure efficient cutting. The intelligent cutting system automatically changes the amount of feed according to the hardness of materials. It supports two ways of pulse cutting and continuous cutting. The cutting speed is controlled by frequency conversion. The cutting chamber is fully enclosed, and the safety lock is forced to close during operation to ensure safety. The mobile magnetic filtrate circulating water tank provides chilling down and lubrication to avoid sample burns.

Steps
1. Select Control mode: manual or automatic, can be controlled by 10-inch Touchscreen or operation handle
2. Loading the workpiece: using the double door structure of sliding doors and hinged doors, the workpiece is sent into the cutting chamber from above, in front or on the left
3. Positioning: Use the red cursor for precise positioning
4. Set parameters: according to the hardness of materials, set the feed amount and cutting speed on the Touchscreen (recommended 5~ 12mm/min)
5. Start cutting: Select pulse cutting or continuous cutting function to start the machine
6. Monitoring process: observe the cutting state through explosion-proof observation window and dual LED lighting, and the automatic fog removal system ensures a clear field of view
7. Complete the cutting: the machine automatically stops, takes out the sample, and checks the surface mass
Notice
• Before operation, ensure that the power supply is 380V, 50Hz, 20A three-phase five-wire, which meets electrical requirements
• The door of the cutting room must be tightly closed during operation, and the safety lock must be effective to avoid accidental opening
• Reasonably set the feed speed according to the material type and Hardness, the recommended range is 5~ 12mm/min to prevent equipment overload
• Regularly check the mobile magnetic filtrate circulating water tank to avoid blockage and ensure the chilling down effect
• Use the red cursor to accurately position and prevent cutting deviation
• Pay attention to the mechanical and electrical separation structure during maintenance to ensure electrical safety
When cutting large workpieces, ensure that the workpieces are stably loaded and prevent slippage
• Operators should be familiar with Touchscreen and Handle Control mode to avoid misoperation
