YUZHOU QGZ-100 large automatic cutting machine is a kind of metallographic sample cutting machine automatically controlled by PLC, which supports electronic handwheel control. The whole machine is sturdy in structure and reasonable in design. It adopts frequency conversion motor to directly connect the cutting blade and electromechanical separation structure to ensure cutting efficiency and electrical safety. It is easy to maintain and has a long service life. It adopts Schneider Electric and Mitsubishi software to realize automatic and precise control in X, Y and Z directions. Intelligent cutting can change the amount of feed according to the hardness of materials to achieve fast cutting effect. The cutting speed is controlled by frequency conversion. This machine is specially designed for large-scale workpiece large-capacity cutting design, equipped with sliding door and hinged door double door structure, can be fed from the top, front, left three directions, the cutting room is fully enclosed and the safety lock is forced to close during operation, safe and reliable. Principle
This machine adopts PLC automatic control or electronic handwheel control, and provides power transmission through frequency conversion motor directly connected to the cutting blade to ensure cutting efficiency. Intelligent cutting system automatically changes the amount of knife feed according to the hardness of materials to achieve fast cutting, and the cutting speed is controlled by frequency conversion. The fully enclosed structure of the cutting chamber is forcibly closed through a safety lock during operation, combined with a strong exhaust device and an automatic fog exhaust system to ensure the safety and reliability of the cutting process.

Steps
1. Select Control mode: manual or automatic, controlled by 10-inch Touchscreen or operation handle
2. Set cutting parameters: including feed rate (recommended 5~ 12mm/min) and cutting method (pulse or continuous)
3. Positioning the workpiece: use the red cursor for precise positioning, and can feed from the top, front, and left directions
4. Start cutting: After confirming that the safety lock is closed, start the cutting procedure
5. Monitoring process: observe the cutting state through explosion-proof observation window and dual LED lighting
6. Complete the cutting: the surface of the sample is bright and flat after cutting, without burns
Notice
• Make sure that the safety lock of the cutting room is forcibly closed before operation to avoid accidental opening
• Pay attention to the operation status of the automatic fog exhaust system and powerful exhaust device during the cutting process
• When using a mobile magnetic filtrate circulating water tank, check it regularly to avoid blockage
When cutting large workpieces, ensure correct loading from the multi-feed position
• Follow the electromechanical separation structure during maintenance to ensure electrical safety
