YUZHOU QGZ-120 large automatic cutting machine is a kind of metallographic sample cutting machine automatically controlled by PLC, which can also be controlled by electronic handwheel. The whole machine is sturdy in structure and reasonable in design. It adopts ABB frequency conversion motor to directly connect the cutting blade to ensure the cutting efficiency. This machine is specially designed for large-capacity cutting of large workpieces. The sliding door and hinged door double door structure is convenient for large workpieces to be loaded, and can be sent into the cutting room from the top, front, and left three directions. The cutting room adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the safety lock is forcibly closed during operation, which is safe and reliable. Equipped with explosion-proof transparent observation window, strong exhaust device, and dual LED lamp lighting to make the observation clearer. Principle
This machine adopts PLC automatic control or electronic handwheel control, through ABB frequency conversion motor directly connected to the cutting blade to provide power transmission, to achieve efficient cutting. X, Y, Z direction automatic precision control, intelligent cutting system can automatically change the amount of feed according to the hardness of materials, using pulse cutting or continuous cutting mode, to achieve fast cutting effect. Steps
1. Select manual or automatic control mode through 10-inch Industrial Touchscreen or operation handle
2. Send the workpiece into the cutting chamber from above, in front or on the left, and use the red cursor to locate it
3. Set cutting parameters, such as feed rate (recommended 5~ 12mm/min) and cutting method (pulsed or continuous).
4. Start the cutting program, the machine automatically executes the cutting, and the process can be monitored through the observation window
5. After cutting, remove the sample and check the surface mass

• Make sure the cutting room is safely locked before operation to prevent accidental opening
• Regularly check the mobile magnetic filtrate circulating water tank to avoid blockage
