Overview
JMQ-12 low-speed precision cutting machine is a professional equipment of YUZHOU brand, which is mainly used to cut small cylinders, Cube metal bodies or electronic circuit board materials. The machine uses constant cutting force of weight block load to realize automatic cutting, and automatically stops after cutting. It is equipped with a Micrometer device to adjust the cutting thickness of the sample to achieve precision cutting. It can be used as a supporting sample preparation equipment for transmission electron microscopy.

Principle
The device uses a weight block load to provide constant cutting force for automatic cutting, and the cutting thickness is precisely controlled by the Micrometer device. During the cutting process, the diamond cutting blade rotates to bring out the chilled down water, effectively chilling down the cutting blade and sample material, preventing overheating burns and ensuring the cutting mass.

Steps
1. Place the specimen in the cutting position
2. Micrometer device to adjust the cutting thickness
3. Set the appropriate Rotation speed parameters
4. Start the equipment for automatic cutting
5. After the cutting is completed, the equipment automatically stops
6. Remove the cut specimen
