Overview
JH350 Melting point meter is a professional thermal analysis instrument using digital eyepiece Microscope, suitable for the determination of melting point of micro samples and slice samples, as well as thermodynamic research of bioengineering. It is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, synthetic fiber, biology, mineralogy, criminology and other fields, and supports observation and analysis through a color CCD connected to a monitor.
Features
1. Microscope with digital eyepieces is used to support general eyepieces and professional color CCD observation.
2. Temperature range, high resolution, heating rate adjustable range.
3. Equipped with TFT high-definition true color screen, the display is intuitive.
4. Rich Interface, support USB, RS232, SD card and network port.
5. With user management, video playback, large amount of data and experimental method storage capabilities.
6. The slide size is 20 x 20mm, suitable for standard samples.
Principle
The instrument heats the sample through a precisely controlled heating table, and uses a microscope (optional digital eyepiece or connected to an external CCD display) to observe the morphological changes of the sample during the heating process in real time, such as melting, so as to accurately determine its melting point or study thermodynamic properties.
Applications
Medicine, Chemistry, Synthetic Fibers, Biology, Mineralogy, Criminology
Steps
Prepare the sample and place it on a 20 x 20mm slide.
2. Place the slide into the microscopic hot stage sample stage.
3. Adjust the focus of the Microscope through the eyepiece or connect the CCD to the display to clearly observe the sample.
4. Set the required heating program (rate adjustable from 0.1 ° C to 20 ° C) and target temperature (up to 300 ° C) on the instrument panel or software.
5. Start the heating and observe and record the sample melting process in real time.
6. After the experiment, the instrument can store data and support video playback and analysis.
Notice
• Please make sure to use slides that meet the specifications (20 x 20mm).
