Principle
The PTX Series Analytical Balance uses innovative single-sensor technology to achieve accurate weighing through software programming and temperature control mechanisms. At its core is the use of temperature changes to automatically trigger an internal correction system, combined with the built-in real-time dynamic temperature compensation function to continuously correct the impact of Ambient Temperature fluctuation symmetry results, thus ensuring rapid Response, high consistency and long-term stability of weighing data.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free surface.
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on, and Balance will automatically lock the application mode from the last shutdown.
3. According to Ambient Temperature changes, Balance will automatically or manually trigger internal correction as required.
4. Set the weighing mode (such as percentage, count, density, etc.), unit, Stabilization time and filter level through the menu as needed.
5. Place the item to be weighed on the pan or use the lower hook device for weighing.
6. Read the stable reading on the LCD display.
7. If you need data output, you can connect a computer or printer through RS232 or USB interface.
8. Shut down after use.
Notice
Balance should be placed in a stable, horizontal environment away from the source and airflow.
Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity or strong electromagnetic interference.
Before weighing, preheat and ensure that the Balance has been automatically or manually corrected internally.

◆ Keep the pan clean and prevent direct contact with corrosion substances.
◆ When using the lower hook to weigh, pay attention to the volume and weight of the hanging object to avoid collision.
Balance is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure its long-term accuracy.
When connecting peripheral devices, ensure that the interface matches and the communication parameters are set correctly.
