Overview
The HI190M-0 Magnetic Stirrer is a lightweight, single-station mixing machine for laboratory environments. It is compact in design, takes up little space, and has a robust ABS housing that resists a wide range of chemical corrosion and accidental drops for durability. The Stirrer is designed to mix samples evenly and at a consistent temperature by stirring, especially for faster Sensor Response and stable readings for electrochemistry measurements.

Principle
Stirrer uses a magnetic device at the bottom to drive the swirl/spin of the magnetic stirrer placed in the sample container to achieve stirring mixing of the liquid. Its core Speedsafe ™ safety mechanism monitors stirring speed by coupling a speed sensing device (photoelectric Sensor) with a Frequency Voltage Converter (FVC). When the speed reaches the preset MAX Maximum, the speed limiter turns off the voltage controlled Shaker (VCO) to reduce the motor speed and ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the Power Adapter (HI710006) to the AC230V power supply and connect the adapter output to the Stirrer.
2. Place the container containing the sample and the magnetic stirrer in the center of the Stirrer panel.
3. Turn on Stirrer power.
4. Swirl/spin speed adjustment knob to set the stirring rate to the desired value between 100 and 1000 rpm.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC230V and use the matching HI710006 Power Adapter (12VDC, 500mA).
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be between 0 ° C and 50 ° C, with relative humidity not exceeding 95%.
• Maximum mixing capacity is 1 liter (0.26 gallon), do not use in excess.
• Do not touch the mixer or high-temperature container with your bare hands during the mixing process or just after stopping to prevent burns or scratches.
• Avoid spilling liquids directly on the instrument, although the shell is resistant to chemical corrosion, it still needs to be used with care.
• Before removing the sample container from the Stirrer, it is recommended to set the Rotation speed to a minimum or turn off the power to take full advantage of the protection of the Speedsafe ™ system.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply, wipe the shell with a damp cloth, do not immerse the whole machine in water or use corrosion cleaners.
