Overview
The HANNA HI935001 Thermometer is a High Accuracy temperature measurement device designed for industries with strict measurement accuracy requirements. Equipped with the FC766PW replaceable K-type stainless steel penetrating temperature sensor, it supports a wide range of measurements from -50.0 to 300 ° C and -58.0 to 572 ° F, fast Response Time, and features CAL Check ™ calibrate inspection, Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS), and IP65 water resistance to ensure accurate and reliable temperature results in factory, Food processing, and other applications.
Features
Wide range temperature measurement: supports -50.0 to 300 ° C and -58.0 to 572 ° F.
Fast Response: Response Time is about 20 seconds.
3. Professional Probe: Standard FC766PW replaceable K-type stainless steel penetrating temperature sensor, wire length 1 meter, in line with IP65 waterproof standard.
4. High Reliability: Built-in CAL Check ™ calibrate check function and battery error prevention system (BEPS).
5. Flexible power management: Uses 3 AA batteries, providing 8 minutes, 60 minutes or disabling three automatic shutdown modes.
6. Rugged and durable: The instrument meets the IP65 waterproof standard and is allowed to work in an environment of -20 to 50 ° C and 100% relative humidity.
Principle
The thermometer senses the temperature of the object being measured through its K-type Thermocouple Probe and converts the tiny voltage signal generated by the Thermocouple into a corresponding temperature reading for display on the instrument. The built-in CAL Check ™ function periodically checks the instrument's calibrated status to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Factory, Food processing industry, Sample temperature determination
Standards
IP65 international waterproof standard
Steps
Install 3 AA batteries and ensure that the Probe is firmly connected.
2. Press the power button to turn it on.
3. Insert the tip of the FC766PW Probe into or touch the object to be tested.
4. Wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 20 seconds Response Time).
5. Read the temperature value from the display screen.
After use, you can set the automatic shutdown mode (8 minutes, 60 minutes, or disabled) as required.
Notice
• Do not expose the instrument or Probe to environments outside its stated Temperature range (-50.0 to 300 ° C/-58.0 to 572 ° F, Ambient Temperature -20 to 50 ° C).
• Ensure that the Probe meets the IP65 waterproof standard, but it is still necessary to avoid prolonged immersion or excessive water pressure when using it.
• Regularly use the CAL Check ™ function to verify the accuracy of the instrument and calibrate if necessary.
• Pay attention to the battery status, low battery may affect Measurement accuracy, BEPS system helps to prevent battery errors.
• Probe is a penetrating design, please use it reasonably according to the material of the tested object to avoid damage to the Probe or the tested object.
• The instrument is allowed to be used in a 100% relative humidity environment, but it is still necessary to keep the whole clean and drying to prolong the life.
