Overview
The HANNA HI935004 Thermometer is a High Accuracy temperature measurement device designed for industries with strict measurement accuracy requirements. Equipped with a replaceable FC767PW stainless steel penetrating temperature sensor, it supports a wide range of measurements from -50.0 to 300 ° C, and features CAL Check ™ calibrate inspection, battery error prevention system (BEPS) and IP65 water resistance rating to ensure accurate and reliable temperature results in a variety of application scenarios such as Food processing, factory, barbecue, etc.

Principle
The thermometer works on the principle of Thermocouple temperature measurement. The standard FC767PW T-type Thermocouple Probe generates a small potential difference (thermoelectric effect) due to temperature changes when touching the measured object. The internal circuit of the instrument detects and processes the electrical signal, converts it into a corresponding temperature reading, and displays it on the LCD screen. The built-in CAL Check ™ function periodically verifies the calibrated status of the instrument to ensure the accuracy of the measurement process.

Steps
Install 3 AA batteries and install the FC767PW temperature sensor for the instrument.
2. Press the power button to turn it on, and the instrument will perform self-test.
3. Insert the stainless steel Probe tip into or contact the sample to be tested.
4. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time is about 20 seconds) and read the temperature value displayed on the screen.
5. After use, press the power button to shut down, or the instrument will shut down by itself according to the set automatic shutdown mode (8/60 minutes).
6. Regularly use the CAL Check ™ function for calibrate verification.
Notice
• Do not expose the instrument or Probe to extreme environments beyond its specified Temperature range (-50.0~ 300 ° C) or environmental conditions (-20~ 50 ° C) for extended periods of time.
• Probe is designed to penetrate, please take care to avoid damaging the Probe tip when using it.
• The instrument meets the IP65 waterproof standard, but it is still necessary to avoid soaking or allowing liquids to enter the fuselage interface when cleaning.
• When the battery low indicator appears, replace all 3 AA batteries in time to ensure Measurement accuracy and prevent errors with BEPS function.
Before making a critical measurement, it is recommended to use the CAL Check ™ function to confirm the instrument status.
• Please select the appropriate automatic shutdown mode (8 minutes, 60 minutes or disabled) in the settings according to your usage habits to save power.
