Overview
The HANNA HI935008 Thermometer is a High Accuracy Thermometer designed for industries with strict measurement accuracy requirements. It features a fixed, non-replaceable K-type stainless steel penetrating temperature sensor with Fast Response and IP65 water resistance, and integrates CAL Check ™ calibrate and Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) to ensure accurate and reliable temperature results in applications such as coffee, chocolate production, and deep frozen foods.

Principle
The meter senses the temperature of the object being measured through its K-type Thermocouple Probe and converts the thermoelectric potential signal into an electrical signal. The internal circuitry of the instrument processes the signal and finally displays the corresponding temperature value in digital form on the display screen. The CAL Check ™ system is used to verify the calibrated status of the instrument and ensure the accuracy of the measurement process.

Steps
Install three 1.5V AA batteries.
2. Press the power button to turn on the instrument.
3. Insert or contact the stainless steel penetrating temperature sensor into the sample to be tested.
4. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time approximately 20 seconds).
5. Read and record the temperature value on the display.
After use, you can set the automatic shutdown mode (8 minutes, 60 minutes, or disabled) as required.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (-20~ 50 ° C) or relative humidity (RH100%).
* Probe is a fixed design and cannot be replaced. Please do not attempt to disassemble or replace it.
* To ensure accuracy, it is recommended to regularly use the CAL Check ™ function.
Please use a high-performance battery of the specified model and pay attention to the prompts of the BEPS system.
When cleaning, please pay attention to its IP65 waterproof rating, which can be wiped with a damp cloth, but avoid soaking or directly rinsing the interface.
* When making measurements, make sure the Probe is in full contact with the object to obtain an accurate reading.
