Overview
HJ-4 Multi-head Magnetic Heating Stirrer is a laboratory equipment of the RONGHUA INSTRUMENT brand. It is easy to operate and runs smoothly. It uses stepless speed regulation technology to precisely stir liquids over a wide speed range, especially for small volume Sample Handling. Principle
The device drives the stirrer swirl/spin through the principle of magnetic coupling. The magnetic rotor in the host is swirl/spin driven by the motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin and realize the stirring of the liquid. At the same time, the heating plate can heat the bottom of the container, and the sample is heated more evenly with stirring.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and connect the 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Place the container containing the sample and stirrer on the work plate (φ 125).
3. Turn on the power switch.
4. Through the speed knob, set the required stirring Rotation speed from 0 to 2400rpm.
5. If heating is required, turn on the heating switch and set the temperature (the specific temperature setting method information is not detailed).
6. After use, turn off the heating and stirring switch, and finally turn off the power supply.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ and is well grounded.
* Max. stirring Capacity is recommended not to exceed 1000mL per head, please do not overload.
The bottom of the container should be flat and in good contact with the heating plate.
When the equipment is working, do not touch the heating plate to prevent burns.
* Always disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to chill down completely.
* Do not use in a humid or flammable environment.
* Stirrer is a wearing part, please avoid idling or impact.
