Overview
HJ-2A digital double head thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer is widely used in universities, environmental protection, scientific research, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical and other equipment. The instrument has good performance and no noise.
Features
1. Double-head design allows for two sets of mixing simultaneously.
2. Digital thermostatic control, high temperature control accuracy.
3. Magnetic stirring, smooth operation without noise.
4. Speed range is wide, stirring range is large.
Principle
The device generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the bottom magnetic drive device, which drives the magnetic stirrer in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin to realize the mixing of the liquid. At the same time, the built-in heating system cooperates with the temperature sensor to achieve accurate thermostatic control, and the temperature and Rotation speed information are displayed in real time through the digital display screen.
Applications
Universities, environmental protection, scientific research, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry
Standards
Single phase AC 50HZ 220V +/- 10V
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and turn on the power supply.
2. Place the container containing the sample and stirrer on the two working plates.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel.
4. If heating is required, set the target temperature and the device will automatically heat up and remain thermostatic.
5. After the work, turn off the heating function, adjust the Rotation speed to zero, and turn off the power switch.
6. After the equipment is chilled down, unplug the power plug and clean the countertop.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (single phase AC 50HZ 220V +/- 10V).
• Please check whether the stirrer is in good condition before use and make sure the bottom of the container is flat.
• When heating, the temperature of the working plate and container is high, do not touch it directly, be careful of burns.
• Max. stirring Capacity should not exceed 1000mL (per station) to avoid liquid overflow.
When the equipment is running, do not place metal objects near areas with strong magnetic fields.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the machine.
• Please use the equipment in a ventilated drying place, away from flammable and explosive materials.
