Overview
The HANNA HI98539 is a High Accuracy temperature measurement instrument with a waterproof design that supports fast switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit units. Equipped with AISI316 counterweight stainless steel temperature sensor and 3m extended silicon Resin cable, it complies with HACCP food management regulations and is suitable for temperature measurement of wine barrels, milk tanks, reservoirs, lakes, swimming pools and other samples.

Principle
The thermometer detects sample temperature with a built-in AISI316 stainless steel weighted temperature sensor, which converts the temperature signal into a digital display using an electronic Sensor. The CAL Check ™ function automatically performs a system self-test when powered on to ensure measurement accuracy and alert the user to calibrate.

Steps
1. Boot self-test: turn on the device, CAL Check ™ function automatically runs and reminds calibrate
2. Select the unit: quickly switch between Celsius or Fahrenheit units
3. Measuring temperature: Probe immersed in the sample for measurement
4. Automatic shutdown: The device automatically shuts down after a set time (e.g. 8 minutes, 60 minutes, or no shutdown)
Notice
• Ensure that the equipment meets the IP65 waterproof standard before use, and avoid operating in an environment beyond the specifications
• Regularly use the CAL Check ™ function to check the calibrate status to ensure measurement accuracy
• Probe cable is made of silicon Resin material, avoid sharp object scratches when using
• Replace the battery in time when it is low to maintain normal function
• Measurement range is limited to -20.0~ 80.0 ℃, do not use beyond the range
