Overview
The HANNA HI148-2 Thermometer is a waterproof temperature monitoring device designed for the dynamics environment. It is equipped with an external stainless steel temperature sensor with a wide Measurement range (-40.0 to 125.0 ° C) and can choose from different models such as built-in, external or dual channel external probes according to requirements. The instrument has an IP67 waterproof rating and comes with a wall stand for easy installation in various environments. It is suitable for temperature monitoring in the fields of Food processing, transportation, museums and gardening.

Principle
The HANNA HI148-2 temperature sensor senses the Ambient Temperature through an external stainless steel temperature sensor and converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal. The instrument processes these signals internally and displays the Measured value in real time on a large LCD screen. The user can set the high and low Alarm threshold, and the panel LED will flash when the temperature exceeds the set range. The instrument can also automatically record temperature data (including current value, MIN Minimum, MAX Maximum) at set intervals and store the Data in internal memory for subsequent analysis or export.

Steps
Install three AAA batteries to power the instrument.
2. According to the measurement requirements, connect and place the external temperature sensor.
3. Install the instrument in a suitable position using a wall stand or other means.
4. After booting, set the required temperature Alarm threshold and recording interval through the instrument.
5. The instrument will automatically monitor and record temperature data, which will be displayed on the LCD screen in real time.
6. Record data can be managed through HI92148 application software (optional) or instrument buttons (such as setting record delay, exporting data, etc.).

* Please make sure to operate within the instrument's specified Operating Environment (-20.0~ 60.0 ° C, RH 100%).
* Note that different models (HI148-1, HI148-2, HI148-3, HI148-4) have different Probe configurations and Measurement ranges, please choose according to your needs.
The alarm LED is a reminder function that requires users to judge and take corresponding adjustment measures according to the alarm situation.
* HI92148 application software is optional, not standard.
Please check the battery level regularly to ensure that the instrument is working properly.
* Although it has an IP67 waterproof rating, it should still avoid long-term immersion or extreme water pressure environments.
* The Probe cable length is 1 meter. Please pay attention to the distance between the Probe placement position and the host when installing.
