RONGHUA INSTRUMENT JJ-1 (160W) precision powerbasic stirrer is a device specially developed for the needs of new scientific research projects in modern laboratories. It uses permanent magnet DC motors and professional force-boosting and stable speed circuits, with stable Rotation speed, large torque, low noise, and no need to replace carbon brushes.

Principle
The powerbasic stirrer is driven by a permanent magnet DC motor and combined with professional force-boosting and speed-stabilizing line control to achieve stepless speed regulation. The motor is connected to the stirringrod through a shaft clamp to generate swirl/spin force in the solution to complete the stirring process.

Steps
1. Support the stirringrod on the motor shaft clamp
2. Adjust the speed knob to the lowest speed position
3. Place the solution to be stirred in the center of the stirringrod
4. Turn on the power switch
5. When timing operation is required, select the required time or normally open
Notice
• Be sure to ground the wire when using it
• If you find that the stirringrod is not centered and the stirring is unstable during work, please turn off the power supply and adjust the support chuck to make the stirringrod concentric
• Medium speed stirring can reduce vibration and prolong service life
• Instruments should be kept drying
