Shanghai JINGTIAN LVDV-1 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a precision measuring instrument with a range of 12 to 6,000,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen can fully display parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed.

Principle
The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample, and the rotor is subject to Tack resistance from the fluid. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the torque required to maintain this Rotation speed and based on parameters such as rotor specification, Rotation speed, etc.
