When the rotor swirls/spins in the fluid, it will be subjected to Tack resistance and generate torque. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the torque value, combined with the rotor specification, Rotation speed and other parameters, and finally obtains the viscosity value of the sample, which is displayed on the LCD screen.

1. According to the estimated sample viscosity range, select the appropriate rotor and install it on the instrument. 2. Place the sample in a suitable container and ensure that the rotor is immersed in the specified marking line position. 3. Turn on the power and set the required measurement Rotation speed through the instrument panel. 4. Start the measurement, after the display value is stable, read and record the viscosity value and Miscellaneous related parameters displayed on the LCD screen. 5. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power, remove the rotor and clean it.
