Principle
The RVDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer works based on the swirl/spin method Measurement principle. The instrument drives the selected rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the liquid to be measured, and the rotor will be subjected to Tack resistance from the liquid and generate torque. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the liquid by measuring the torque required to maintain the uniform rotor swirl/spin, combining the geometric parameters of the rotor and the Rotation speed. The related rheological parameters such as shear rate and shear stress are calculated synchronously.
