Overview
SHANGHAI JINGTIAN HBDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a wide range Rotational Viscometer with a measurement range of 320 to 320,000,000 mPa · s. The device uses a digital display LCD screen, which can visually display various information such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed.
Features
1. Adopt digital display LCD screen to display comprehensive information, including viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and maximum measurable viscosity value.
The range is wide, covering 320 to 320,000,000 mPa · s.
3. Equipped with a variety of rotor specifications (R2 #, R3 #, R4 #, R5 #, R6 #, R7 #) to adapt to different measurement needs.
4. Measurement accuracy is high, accuracy is +/- 1% F.S, reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F.S.
5. Support continuously variable speed regulation, Speed range 0.1 to 200rpm, flexible speed regulation.
Principle
The digital Rotational Viscometer works based on the swirl/spin method Measurement principle. The motor drives the selected rotor at a constant speed swirl/spin in the liquid to be tested, and the rotor will be subjected to the viscous resistance of the liquid to form a reaction torque. The Sensor detects the torque value, and through internal calculation, combined with the rotor specification and Rotation speed parameters, finally converts the viscosity value of the liquid and the Miscellaneous related rheological parameters, which are displayed on the LCD screen.
Steps
1. Connect the dedicated Power Adapter and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity value and install it.
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested at the specified mark.
4. Rotation speed is set by the device.
5. Start the measurement, and record the viscosity and Miscellaneous parameters displayed on the LCD screen after the reading is stable.
6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power and clean the rotor.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the input voltage of the Power Adapter of the device matches the local power grid (100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz).
• When selecting a rotor, ensure that the estimated sample viscosity is within the measurable range of the selected rotor and Rotation speed.
• Be careful when installing and removing the rotor to avoid damage to the shaft.
• Make sure the rotor immersion depth is accurate during measurement and keep the sample temperature stable to obtain accurate data.
• After the measurement is completed, the rotor should be cleaned in time to prevent the sample residue from affecting the subsequent Measurement accuracy or corrosion of the rotor.
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
