Overview
JINGTIAN SNB-RH digital display swirl/spin high temperature Viscometer is an instrument designed for the measurement of solid and high temperature liquid substances at room temperature (such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, polyethylene (PE) wax). It uses a high-subdivision stepper motor to ensure accurate and smooth Rotation speed, equipped with a blue backlit LCD screen to directly display multiple measurement data, and can be used in a single machine or with optional software for data collection and full monitoring.
Features

Principle
The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample through a high-subdivision stepper motor, measures swirl/spin resistance and converts it into viscosity value. The embedded sample is uniformly heated in the high temperature furnace as a whole, and the solid sample is melted into a liquid state for measurement. The data is displayed directly after being corrected by the computer.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and load it into the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the measurement requirements and install it.
3. Set the target temperature through the temperature controller.
4. Start the high temperature furnace to heat the sample to a liquid state.
5. Select the desired Rotor speed.
6. Start measurement, the instrument screen will directly display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, torque and other data.
7. Data changes can be monitored during the measurement process, and the instrument will alert if it exceeds the range.
8. After the measurement is completed, the data can be recorded or collected and analyzed through optional software.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz.
* Measurement conditions are selected according to the sample viscosity range (50~ 200000mPa · s) and Temperature range (RT + 10~ 250 ℃).
* Use the specified 21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #rotors.
The recommended sample capacity is between 10 and 20 milliliters.
* Pay attention to the temperature of the high temperature furnace during measurement to avoid burns.
* If software is optional, please follow the software instructions to connect and operate.
* Measurement range beyond the instrument, please pay attention to the alarm.
