Overview
The JINGTIAN NDJ-1C cloth rotational viscometer is an instrument for measuring the viscosity of solid and high temperature liquid substances such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, polyethylene (PE) wax at room temperature. It uses a high-subdivision stepper motor to ensure accurate and stable Rotation speed. Equipped with a blue-backlit LCD screen to directly display multiple measurement data, and can be used in a single machine or with optional software for data collection and full monitoring.
Features

7. The high-temperature furnace adopts built-in integrated heating, with uniform heating and small thermal inertia.
Principle
The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample and calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the Tack resistance (torque) to which the rotor is subjected at a specific Rotation speed. The high temperature furnace heats the sample as a whole to achieve and maintain the liquid temperature required for measurement.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure it is solid at room temperature.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the appropriate rotor (21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #) and install it.
3. Place the sample in a container and heat it in a high temperature furnace to a liquid Measuring temperature.
4. Turn on the instrument, set and monitor the required temperature through the temperature controller.
Select the desired Rotor speed (5, 10, 20, 50, 100rpm).
6. Start measurement, the instrument automatically drives the rotor swirl/spin and measurement.
7. Read viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, torque and other data directly on the LCD screen, or collect data through optional software and analyze viscosity-temperature Linear dispersion.
8. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and sample container.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is 220V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• According to the estimated viscosity range of the sample, select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination to ensure that the Measured value is within the instrument range (50~ 200000mPa · s).
• Temperature range of high temperature furnace can reach 250 ℃, please pay attention to high temperature protection during operation to avoid burns.
• Ensure that the sample volume is within the capacity range of 10~ 20mL during measurement.
• If the LCD display data continuously changes beyond the range, the instrument will issue an alarm sound, and the Measurement conditions need to be adjusted in time.
Measurement accuracy ( +/- 1% F. S) and reproducibility ( +/- 0.5% F. S), calibrate and maintain the instrument regularly.
