Features

Principle
The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample through a high-subdivision stepper motor, measures the Tack resistance of the rotor at a specific Rotation speed, and converts it into a viscosity value for direct display. With the built-in integral heating high temperature furnace, the sample can be precisely controlled within a set Temperature range, so as to measure the viscosity characteristics of the substance in the high temperature liquid state.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, choose the appropriate rotor (No. 21, 27, 28, 29).
Put an appropriate amount of sample (10-20mL) into the measurement container.
3. Install the rotor and place the measurement assembly in the high temperature furnace.
4. Set the target temperature (room temperature + 10 ° C to 250 ° C) through the temperature controller.
5. After the sample temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, set the required swirl/spin speed (0.1-99 rpm continuously variable speed) on the instrument.
6. Start the measurement, the instrument LCD screen will directly display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, torque and other data.
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be recorded or collected and analyzed through optional software.

* Choose the right rotor based on the estimated viscosity to ensure that the Measured value is within range.
The recommended sample capacity is between 10 and 20 milliliters.
The setting temperature should be within the range of room temperature + 10 ° C to 250 ° C.
* For measurement, wait until the sample temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes before starting the swirl/spin measurement.
* When the viscosity display value exceeds the maximum measurable range of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed, the instrument will issue an alarm.
* Instrument reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F.S., Measurement accuracy is +/- 1% F.S. (for newtonian fluids).
