Principle
The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample through a high-subdivision stepper motor, measures the Tack resistance of the rotor, and converts this resistance into a viscosity value for direct display. The high-temperature furnace heats the sample as a whole to melt the solid sample into a liquid state, and cooperates with the temperature Control system to realize viscosity measurement at a specific temperature.

Steps
Prepare the sample to ensure that the sample capacity is between 10 and 20 milliliters.

3. Set the required temperature (room temperature + 10 ° C to 250 ° C) and Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm stepless speed).
4. Start the instrument and start the measurement after the temperature stabilizes.
5. Read viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, torque and other data directly through the LCD screen.
6. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and sample container.
