Overview
The LVDV-2H digital swirl/spin high temperature Viscometer is a precision instrument for measuring the viscosity of solid at room temperature and liquid substances after heating at high temperature (such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, polyethylene (PE) wax, etc.). Principle
The instrument works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample, and the viscosity value of the sample is calculated by measuring the Tack resistance (torque) of the rotor at a specific Rotation speed. The high temperature furnace precisely controls the temperature of the sample and heats it to melt it from a solid state to a liquid state for measurement.
